Last monday, my colleague and i help up CRM to do customer call, almost 300 call i have to finish it at 4 days, dam man.....

first day i called customer and ask them one by one, but at the end from 4 questions become 1 question. like that then i can finished my call!

Panjang lebar question like this:

-  Hello, Are you xxx? Happy new year! Im XXX from company XXX
-  Have you already received XXX hamper fromn XXX?
-  Actually we would like to listen your feeback about our hamper? just only 4 questions.
-  So far how about our product quality? Any spoiled when you received hamper?
-  How about our design? nice?
-  Do you know our brand XXX? then Is that our hampers a lot of choice?
-  XXX is your....?
-  So....any comment you want to add on?
-  Thanks, Wish you happy new year!!
